Trust Insight is a digital platform designed to help companies from different sectors obtain information about the market scenario that interests them, by promoting their meeting with professionals with specific knowledge of these segments, through conference calls, videoconferences, online group discussions, public or private meetings or other events, as requested by the client.
These Terms and Conditions of Use establish the rights and obligations of Users. It is important to understand this document, as in order to use Trust Insight’s services the User must agree to the terms and conditions described herein.
a. “Trust Insight”: corporate name TRUST INSIGHT LTDA, registered with the CNPJ/MF under no. 37.671.002/0001-12, and within the scope of this policy, and for the purposes of the LGPD, “controller”;
b. “Clients”: companies contracting the service offered by Trust Insight that aim to mediate contact with Experts, professionals in the segment of interest to the Client, for the assistance of such experts in specific projects;
c. “Experts”: natural or legal persons hired on the basis of their vast professional knowledge to assist with the Client’s projects;
d. “Project”: a solution contracted by Clients which aims to provide Experts with a specific service, such as obtaining information on the Client’s market scenario;
e. “Adhesion Term”: document in which the Expert declares that he/she is aware of and agrees to the terms of participation in the Project;
f. “User”: natural or legal person who uses the Trust Insight website or solutions, including Clients and Experts;
g. “Privacy Policy”: document by which Trust Insight clarifies in detail the processing of Users’ personal data, in compliance with current legislation, especially in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/18);
h. “LGPD”: General Data Protection Law or Law 13.709/18;
A User of the platform is any natural or legal person who uses the features of the website or fills in the requested fields in order to help with a particular project (in the case of Experts). By using the website and participating in the Experts network, the User unequivocally declares that they agree to these terms and have full legal capacity and are over 18 years of age.
After the Trust Insight team contacts the Expert through various communication channels – with a proper explanation of the Project in which the Expert will eventually work, the way in which the service will be provided and the form of remuneration – the Expert receives the link to the website containing the Agreement to join the network of experts and the form to fill in their details. The purpose of the information collected is to present the Expert’s profile to the Client, issue the Independent Payment Receipt (RPA) and make the payment after participation in the Project.
Only Experts who are interested in participating in the Projects will fill in the data requested in the form and expressly accept these Terms and Conditions, by clicking on the “opt-in” checkbox at the time of registration, automatically adhering to the provisions, which implies full and unrestricted acceptance of these Terms of Use. If the Expert does not agree with any of the provisions contained in this document, they may not use or participate in the provision of services made available by Trust Insight.
By agreeing to the provisions of the Adhesion Agreement and filling in the form on the website, the Expert also declares that he/she is a duly qualified professional working in the market segment required for the Project. To this end, the Expert must provide: (i) full name, (ii) CPF, (iii) date of birth, (iv) e-mail, (v) address, (vi) bank details, (vii) nationality, (viii) ID and date of issue, (ix) telephone number and (x) PIS number.
In addition, the Expert may be asked for information on their professional experience and performance, as well as references (academic, professional and other) on their area of expertise and potential conflicts of interest and impediments, in relation to the Client(s) or a Project, as applicable.
Trust Insight reserves the right to use all legal means to identify its Experts and Clients, as well as to suspend the link, temporarily or permanently, with the Expert or Client who presents any information that is not true or that Trust Insight is unable to contact to verify the data. When the Expert’s registration is canceled, their participation in the Project will automatically be suspended, and the Expert is not guaranteed any form of indemnity or compensation for this reason.
Trust Insight is not responsible for the accuracy of the information. The User is responsible for providing the information and must in any case guarantee and be responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided.

The website is accessible exclusively via the internet, with no physical installation on Users’ machines. A computer, tablet or smartphone with internet access is required.
After accessing the website, agreeing to the Terms and filling in the form, the Trust Insight team will contact the Expert to guide them through the next steps, in order to put them in contact with the Client for assistance with the Project.
It is the User’s sole responsibility to purchase, set up and maintain all equipment, as well as access to the Internet to use the site and, considering that Expert’s services are mostly carried out virtually, to provide the assistance service for the Client Project.
Trust Insight shall not be held liable for any failure to connect to the platform and e-mails made available on the Internet, when the impossibility of access is not caused by its fault or in cases where it has occurred as a result of events of force majeure.
The functionalities of the site and participation in the Experts network are only available to people who have legal capacity, and the user is warned of the legal impositions provided for in articles 166, item I, 171, item I and 180 of the Civil Code:
The User, if a natural person, must be over 18 years of age, as well as being fully capable of being bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, as well as the Adhesion Agreement in the case of an Expert, and accepting and complying with its provisions.
By using the site, the User unequivocally declares that they agree to these terms and have full legal capacity and are over 18 years of age.
Trust Insight may terminate, at its sole discretion, any services offered on its website, and may even block your access to any part or all of the services offered at any time, with or without cause or prior notice, and for any reason or reasons.
If the Expert wishes to terminate their relationship with Trust Insight, they can do so in accordance with the provisions of the Adhesion Agreement (https://trustinsight.com.br/terms-of-participation/) by easily available means, by contacting us via e-mail (noreply@trustinsight.com.br) or via the contact form available in the environment at the bottom of the website’s home page.
By accessing the website and joining the Trust Insight Experts network, the User declares to be aware of the Privacy Policy (https://trustinsight.com.br/privacy-policy/) established – in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018) – and expressly declares that he/she accepts and agrees with the provisions described therein.
Trust Insight may modify, at any time, the Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy of the Platform, in order to improve them and correspond to the services provided or to meet legal, administrative or court orders.
Trust Insight may, at its sole discretion, inform the User of significant changes by means of notices by e-mail, messages on the platform, banners on the website, or any other means it deems appropriate.
It is up to the User to decide whether or not to continue using the Trust Insight website or, in the case of Experts, to join the network of Experts in order to assist with a Project. If the User does not agree with the changes, they must cease using the website and the services offered on it.
Trust Insight may make changes (updates) to the platform’s own services and existing functionalities in order to improve the system or adapt it to a specific legal requirement, without prior notice to Users.
The commercial use of the expression “Trust Insight” as a trademark, business name or domain name, as well as the contents of the screens relating to the platform, programs, databases, networks and files, are the property of TRUST INSIGHT LTDA and are protected by Brazilian laws and international treaties on copyright, trademarks, patents, models and industrial designs. Misuse and total or partial reproduction of said content is prohibited, unless expressly authorized by the Company.
Trust Insight exclusively owns all intellectual rights to the content contained on the website, including, without limitation, all software rights, titles, patents, trademarks, logos, service models, trade names, design, source code, database, text, content, graphics, icons and hyperlinks. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions of Use, the User is agreeing not to reproduce or distribute any of the contents of the website without obtaining Trust Insight’s consent. The materials are protected by copyright laws and other pertinent rules, regulations and applicable Brazilian and international intellectual property laws.
The User agrees that he/she will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in relation to the activities set out in this document, as well as agrees that he/she will not use the website to carry out any type of illegal activity or to take any action that negatively affects the performance of the system, as well as that he/she will not engage, or assist – by intent or omission – a third party for the purpose of:
making any attempt to circumvent any security features;
violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation, as well as any intellectual property or privacy rights, including, without limitation, patents, copyrights, trademarks or trade secrets of any third party;
reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, publish, duplicate, copy, sell or resell the services provided by Trust Insight;
disrupting or interfering with the normal operations of the Trust Insight website, such as the posting or transmission of viruses, the continued posting of repeated material or the posting of very large files outside the normal size;
use any devices, processes or mechanisms to monitor, retrieve, search or access data from the website or any material without the prior written consent of Trust Insight;
Considering the applicable legislation and the work of the Experts with Trust Insight, they must strictly observe the provisions of the Adhesion Term (https://trustinsight.com.br/terms-of-participation/) and the Terms and Conditions of Use, so that, in the event of non-compliance with any clause of the terms in question, the Experts will be liable for any failure or damage arising from the activity related to the achievement of the Project or not, recognizing and accepting that Trust Insight will have the right to fair reparation in due cases.
Since Trust Insight has no participation, interference or knowledge of the content worked on in each Project, the Expert shall be liable for any and all damage or actual damage caused to Trust Insight as a result of his/her conduct and/or to any Client with fault or intent, as well as the content of his/her consultancy to any Client, before any Client or third party, being liable for losses and damages and loss of profits, without prejudice to the other penalties provided for by law.
In addition, the Expert declares that he/she is aware and accepts that, by expressing his/her agreement to the Term of Adhesion and to these Terms and Conditions of Use, he/she will comply with the commands and obligations laid down with a view to the regular provision of the service, failing which the responsibilities contained in both documents will be applied to the Expert.
Finally, every User understands and acknowledges that by obtaining any other form of access to the website by means other than through access to the company’s official website, they will be solely responsible for any damage to their computer or loss of data resulting from access to this material or data.
Any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the principle of good faith, and the parties shall elect the courts of the District of São Paulo, in the State of São Paulo, as competent to process and judge any disputes arising from this relationship.
